Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends/holidays). During drops, processing may take 3–7 business days.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

  • Standard: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited: 2–3 business days

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International delivery time varies by country (typically 7–21 business days). Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes.

TRACKING

When your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email. If you don’t see it, check spam/promotions.

If you entered the wrong address, email us ASAP. If it ships, we can’t guarantee changes.
RETURNS

RETURNS WINDOW

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible items. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

NON-RETURNABLE

  • Final sale items
  • Worn, washed, or damaged items
  • Items without original tags/packaging

EXCHANGES

We don’t guarantee exchanges due to limited inventory. If you need a different size, the fastest move is to return (if eligible) and re-order.

REFUNDS

Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Allow 3–10 business days for your bank to post the credit.

Return shipping costs are not covered unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
ISSUES

DAMAGED / WRONG ITEM

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 48 hours of delivery. Include: order #, clear photos of the item, and the packaging label.

My tracking hasn’t updated — what now?
Carriers can take 24–48 hours to scan packages. If there’s no movement after 5 business days, email us with your order #.
Do you offer refunds or store credit?
Eligible returns receive a refund to the original payment method after inspection. We may offer store credit in certain cases.
Can I change my address after ordering?
If it hasn’t shipped, we’ll try. If it ships, changes aren’t guaranteed. Email us ASAP.
What if my size doesn’t fit?
With limited inventory, exchanges aren’t guaranteed. If eligible, return and re-order the size you want while it’s still in stock.
