When will my order ship?
Most orders process in 1–3 business days. During drops, allow 3–7 business days. You’ll receive tracking as soon as it ships.
I didn’t get a confirmation email. What should I do?
Check spam/promotions. If you still don’t see it, email us with your name and the email used at checkout. If you were charged, we can locate the order.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped, we’ll try. Drops move fast — changes aren’t guaranteed. Email us ASAP with your order #.
My address is wrong. Can you fix it?
If it hasn’t shipped, we can attempt an update. If it ships, we can’t guarantee changes. Always double-check your address at checkout.

How long does delivery take?
Domestic delivery is typically 3–7 business days after shipment. International varies by country (often 7–21 business days).
My tracking isn’t updating.
Carriers can take 24–48 hours to scan. If there’s no movement after 5 business days, email us with your order # and tracking.
Do you ship internationally?
If international shipping is enabled at checkout, yes. Customers are responsible for customs fees, duties, or taxes.
Lost / stolen packages
Once marked delivered, the carrier may consider it complete. If your package is missing, check with neighbors/building staff first, then email us and we’ll help you file a claim.

What’s your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible items. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
Do you offer exchanges?
Exchanges aren’t guaranteed due to limited inventory. The fastest move is to return (if eligible) and re-order your size while it’s in stock.
When will I receive my refund?
After inspection/approval, refunds go back to the original payment method. Allow 3–10 business days for your bank to post the credit.
What items are final sale?
Final sale items, worn/washed items, and items returned without original tags/packaging are not eligible.

How do your hoodies/sweats fit?
Fit depends on the piece. If it’s “oversized,” size down for a tighter fit. If you want a looser fit, stay true-to-size.
How do I care for my pieces?
Cold wash inside out, gentle cycle. Hang dry or low heat. Avoid harsh detergents/bleach. Treat it like a premium piece — it’ll last.
Restocks — will you bring items back?
Some items may return. Drops are limited — when it’s gone, it’s gone. Subscribe for alerts so you don’t miss it.
Do you do bulk / team orders?
Yes depending on timing. Email us with quantity, sizes, and deadline.
